The Ombudsman General, Will Attend the City of Longview Texas City Council Meeting to Get Answers! Office of the Ombudsman General -USA in Texas, USA- -- A Texas town was so intent on ridding themselves of the Motor City Madman that city officials opted to pay out more than $15,000 to have Ted Nugent not play on the Fourth of July. Longview was in negotiations to have Nugent play at the Fireworks and Freedom Celebration on Independence Day, but backed out after Nugent called President Obama a “subhuman mongrel” while campaigning with Texas gubernatorial candidate Greg Abbott earlier this year.

According to city spokesman Shawn Hara, Longview had other concerns that led to Nugent being paid $16,250 to end contract negotiations. The amount was half of Nugent’s guaranteed performance fee.

“(There were) a variety of reasons. Cost, structure, is it the right musical act for this type of event -- a city-sponsored, family-oriented overall event,” Hara said. “They decided no, we don’t want to move forward, it is not the right act for this. At that point we decided to end discussions.”

Keith Rothra of the Gregg County Republican Party thinks the decision was based purely on Nugent’s comments about President Obama. “We have paid $16,000 to Ted Nugent for political correctness,” he said. “It’s directly related to the state level stuff.”

However, African Americans feel disrespected by Ted Nugent, an outspoken racist and hater of President Obama would have ever been considered for an invitation to a celebration that all citizens; living and working will be invited to attend.

There isn’t a question in my mind that other Non-African –Americans would be as upset and rising even more hell if city money was being spent to bring A Black Rapper that use the words Bitch and Hoe as Ted Nugent has used to refer to women. Said one Longview Pastor who requested not have his name and or church mentioned in this article for fear of reprisals by the Longview Mayor or Tea Party members.

For some of you may know about an incident occurred that a pregnant woman named Ebony Wilkerson attempted to drown her kids in a SUV in the ocean. He and another man saw and heard the kids scream for help and rescued the children. You see our hero carry the kids out of the car. Reason why I'm showing a photo of our hero is that mainstream media isn't giving this man credit to where it's due or showing his face that much. I think you and I know the answer to that. All I can say to our American Hero Stacy Robinson 'Thank You' for taking action instead of standing there doing nothing. Thank you for saving those children. Even though those kids are going to be haunted from what their mother did I pray that they will also remember that a hero risked his life and carried them as children to safety. A man who helped pull three children from a sinking minivan said he tried to stop the mother from driving the vehicle in the into rough surf on a Florida beach, but she suddenly veered away and plowed into the water. Stacy Robinson, a sophomore at Seminole State College in Sanford, Fla., said he and his girlfriend were sitting in their car at the beach in Daytona Beach, Fla., when they saw a woman, who police have identified as Ebony Wilkerson, 32, from Cross, S.C., driving a minivan partly in the rough surf. "[My girlfriend] said what I thought was a joke and [I] was like, 'No, this is real', because after that her son came out the window, probably about waist high, screaming for help," Robinson said.

Robinson, 21, said he jumped out of his car and ran over to the minivan and started walking beside the vehicle, talking to the mother. "The son was snatching at the wheel, trying to get her to come back toward the shore and I was asking, I was like, 'What is going on, why are you driving on the water?' I said, 'you're going to get in trouble... you're not supposed to be doing this,'" Robinson said. "All she repeated is 'OK, We are OK, we are OK,'" Robinson said. "I was like, 'you've got to get out of the water. You're going to get in trouble. You got kids. You're scaring them. They're crying.' And she said, she was like, 'OK' as through she was coming back out the water and took off. She sped off." Robinson said he then ran into the pounding waves after the minivan, which started to sink. The mother, he said, had rolled up the car windows and locked the doors as the vehicle was rocked by waves and pulled deeper into the water. The kids -- ages 3, 9 and 10 -- were screaming for help. Robinson said one of the back windows was still cracked open and he was able to reach in and open the door. "That's when I snatched out the boy first and the little girl," he said. "Then I noticed the baby in the car seat... she was in the back behind the passenger seat." "Once I grabbed the little girl out, I saw [the mother], she began to climb out her window," Robinson continued. At this point, Robinson said other bystanders and lifeguards had arrived and helped rescue the 3-year-old and the mother from the sinking car, as he carried the two older children to safety.

"When I was speaking to her, her eyes were like... stretched, wide, wide open. She was saying, she was repeating she was 'OK'... that's when she sped off," Robinson said. Authorities said the mother was incoherent when they tried to speak with her and did not answer questions immediately after incident. Police today said at a news conference that family members called them Tuesday before the mother, who is pregnant, drove her minivan into the water, indicating they were concerned about her. Police made contact with her, but said the woman told them she was going to a domestic abuse shelter, and decided not to pursue further action. A few hours later, she drove her minivan into the water. Other bystanders on the beach watched as rescuers raced across the sand in an attempt to stop the minivan and help save the children.

The mother is currently hospitalized and is undergoing mental evaluation. No charges have been filed yet. The kids have been placed in the care of the child protective services, according to Volusia County Sheriff Ben Johnson.

The Governor and the Office of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia ("OGV") performed a wide range of official actions. D. Background of Star Scientific's Dietary Supplement Products 8. Star Scientific described itself as a "technology-oriented company with a mission to promote maintenance of a healthy metabolism and lifestyle." Beginning in or about 2007, the company focused on utilizing certain alkaloids in the tobacco plant, namely anatabine, to address issues related to the desire to smoke. Star Scientific subsequently began evaluating anatabine's potential for treating chronic inflammation that the company believed might be associated with disorders such as thyroiditis, diabetes, arthritis, Alzheimer's disease, and multiple sclerosis. 9. Star Scientific, through a wholly owned subsidiary, engaged in the development, manufacture, marketing, and sale of two anatabine-based dietary supplements: CigRx®, a tobacco alternative; and Anatabloc®, for anti-inflammatory support. 10. The types of claims that Star Scientific could make under applicable federal law regarding its dietary supplements CigRx® and Anatabloc® differed substantially from those allowed for drug manufacturers. While drug manufacturers could claim that their products would diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent a disease, dietary supplement manufacturers such as Star Scientific were legally prohibited from making such claims. To overcome the difficulties in gaining consumer acceptance for its products, Star Scientific sought to legitimize the potential health benefits of its dietary supplements by encouraging scientific studies of anatabine, which was an active ingredient in CigRx and Anatabloc®. Star Scientific would then present the results of those studies to physicians in the hope thatthe physicians would recommend Star Scientific's dietary supplements to their patients. 12. Another of Star Scientific's goals was to have scientific studies of human use of anatabine, including in clinical trials, that would allow the company to develop drugs for the treatment of diseases such as thyroiditis, diabetes, arthritis, Alzheimer'sdisease, and multiple sclerosis. E. Background of the Defendants' Relationship with JW 13. In or about March 2009, as a result of requests from ROBERT MCDONNELL'S staff to JW, ROBERT MCDONNELL began using a jet aircraft owned by JW during his campaign for Governor of Virginia. Priorto this time, ROBERT MCDONNELL and JW had never met, and they had no personal or professional relationship. 14. On or about November 3,2009, ROBERT MCDONNELL was elected Governor of Virginia. While ROBERT MCDONNELL and JW had met briefly during the campaign as a result of ROBERT MCDONNELL'S use of JW's aircraft, they had no personal relationship and were merely professional acquaintances at the time that ROBERT MCDONNELL became Governor-Elect.

Secret Service agents on President Obama detail sent home from Netherlands after night of drinking

Three Secret Service agents responsible for protecting President Obama in Amsterdam this week were sent home and put on administrative leave Sunday after going out for a night of drinking, according to three people familiar with the incident. One of the agents was found drunk and passed out in a hotel hallway, the people said. The hotel staff alerted the U.S. Embassy in the Netherlands after finding the unconscious agent Sunday morning, a day before Obama arrived in the country, according to two of the people. The embassy then alerted Secret Service managers on the presidential trip, which included the agency’s director, Julia Pierson.

Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan confirmed Tuesday evening that the agency “did send three employees home for disciplinary reasons” and that they were put on administrative leave pending an investigation. Donovan declined to comment further. The alleged incident took place in Noordwijk at the Huis Ter Duin Hotel, where the president stayed Monday night, a White House official said Wednesday morning. This is a resort town in the Netherlands about 15 minutes outside The Hague. According to two people familiar with the Amsterdam incident, the three are members of the Secret Service’s Counter Assault Team, known in the agency as CAT. The alleged behavior would violate Secret Service rules ¬adopted in the wake of a damaging scandal in Cartagena, Colombia, in April 2012, when a dozen agents and officers had been drinking heavily and had brought prostitutes back to their hotel rooms before the president’s arrival for an economic summit.

Under the requirements, anyone on an official trip is forbidden to drink alcohol in the 10 hours leading up to an assignment. As members of the advance team for a presidential trip, the CAT members would have been called to duty sometime Sunday for a classified briefing ahead of the president’s arrival on Monday. Drinking late into the night Saturday evening and Sunday morning would have violated that rule. Obama landed in the Netherlands on Monday for the start of a high-stakes week-long trip to ¬Europe and Saudi Arabia in the midst of a tense standoff with Russia over its annexation of Crimea. The agents involved in the misconduct were among hundreds of U.S. personnel from the Secret Service, the military, the State Department and other agencies sent to prepare for his arrival and ensure his safety, including during his attendance at the Nuclear Security Summit in The Hague with dozens of world leaders. The president’s visit started with a brief stop at the Rijksmuseum, a fine-arts museum in Amsterdam, with Prime Minister Mark Rutte. Obama traveled from The Hague to Brussels on Tuesday night.

The three involved in the drinking incident were GS-13-level agents, according to one person familiar with the investigation of the case. One of the three was a “team leader” on counter¬assault, but he was not in a supervisory position in the agency, the person said. All three people familiar with the case requested anonymity in order to discuss details of the ongoing investigation. Pierson traveled on Air Force One with Obama, and she is scheduled to remain on the trip with the president as he continues to Rome and Saudi Arabia, one of the people said. The Counter Assault Team’s job is to protect the president if he or his motorcade comes under attack and to fight off assailants and draw fire while the protective detail removes the president from the area. Two former agency employees with experience on foreign trips described the counterassault team as one of the most elite units in the agency, responsible for “the last line of defense” for the president. Those selected for CAT are required to be highly skilled shooters and extremely physically fit, with a demanding training regimen, said the two former employees, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe internal operations.

There are also high expectations for personal conduct on the squad, they said. On foreign trips, one former agent recalled, the counterassault team often worked shifts as long as 12 hours, the former agents recalled, and agents were expected to get rest during their time off to be in prime condition. “They received the best technical training in the service,” said one of the former agents. “They were the only team constantly training — training on assaults, on evacuations, all sorts of things. They were very squared away. It was really difficult to get on CAT.” In the Cartagena scandal, the Secret Service employees’ actions were discovered when one prostitute got into a noisy dispute with agents in a hotel hallway about an agent’s refusal to pay her fee. Colombian police reported the incident to the U.S. Embassy there. Obama said at the time that the agents’ behavior was unacceptable. “We’re representing the people of the United States, and when we travel to another country I expect us to observe the highest standards, because we’re not just representing ourselves,” he said in Cartagena. The revelations in Cartagena led to the removal of 10 agents from their jobs, multiple federal and congressional investigations, and the rules aimed at preventing similar activity in the future. Mark Sullivan, the Secret Service director at the time, apologized for his employees’ conduct. Sullivan retired in February 2013 after 30 years in the agency.

I am a member of the; NAACP, CCHR, ACLU and other organizations that fight for the rights of all citizens. I am also the Ombudsman General to Ombudsman International Inc. when I have investigated the racism that is involved in the schools throughout the United States. I find the same racism that I and others witness on a daily bases in Law Enforcement, Corporate America, Politics in America, and in each and every aspect of American Life toward Black Males. When, I was first asked; to participate in the study "School to Prison Pipeline” or “Prison Industrial Complex.” I, knew there would be a lot of Americans that would be shocked by the facts of the study.

There is so much more to the story and as we as Americans view the World Outside of our own I hope that we can change the Racist Odious Plight against Black males in America. Which, cause them to fail and to become enslaved in America’s Prison System. With more than 2.3 million people locked up, the U.S. has the highest incarceration rate in the world. One out of 100 American adults is behind bars — while a stunning one out of 32 is on probation, parole or in prison. This reliance on mass incarceration has created a thriving prison economy. The states and the federal government spend about $74 billion a year on corrections, and nearly 800,000 people work in the industry.
