Pastor Cruz had a message to all American Pastor's, Ministers, and Preachers! Use your Church pulpits to Change The Government!
There has been more than one thousand five hundred Pastor's in Churches Nationwide that have from their Church pulpits challenge the The Johnson Amendment which was passed by Congress in 1954 as an amendment to section 501(c)(3) of the federal tax code.
The Johnson Amendment states that entities who are exempt from federal income tax can not Participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of – or in opposition to – any candidate for public office.
Pastor Cruz, told the Pastor's that to date that the IRS had not taken any action on any of the Churches nor their 501(c)(3) status for those Pastor's who use their pulpits to support political candidates for public office! In fact, Pastor Cruz even took it a step further: "Some of the Pastor's ever made copies of them in the pulpit telling their congregations who to vote for!" Nothing happened because the IRS know that the Johnson's Amendment is unconstitutional and if challenged it will be defeated!"

I speak to pastors all the time. You know, the Lord back in the beginning of this year, the Lord told me very, very clearly, ‘If there is one group of people that I hold responsible for what is happening in America it is the pastors.’”
“Because the majority of the pastors have been hiding behind the pulpit, and God called me to one verse of scripture, a scripture very dear to my heart because it is the verse of scripture that God used to call me to the ministry,” Cruz continued. “It is Ezekiel 3:17, which says, ‘Son of man, I call you as a watchman on the wall’ basically to do two things: To hear from me and to warn the people.”
